🚨 EAS ENCODER

Professional alert relay encoder. Monitors live National Weather Service alerts for Missouri and the entire United States, plus EAS audio streams — and encodes each relay as: SAME headers → attention tone → alert audio → EOM. Your eas-fm tone files are built in.

● STANDBY
Click START MONITORING once to enable audio (browsers require a click first). The encoder then polls the National Weather Service every 60 seconds. New matching alerts enter the relay queue below.

✍️ MANUAL ENCODE

📻 MONITORED SOURCES

Pick a stream and hit WATCH + AUTO-RELAY: the encoder listens through a CORS proxy, decodes SAME headers live, and automatically relays the stream's own audio from header through EOM. One stream at a time per page — open another tab to watch a second stream. The CAP feed above already covers every alert in the US as data.

🎞️ YOUR EAS TONE FILES (the ones I gave you)

These two files carry one fixed header — the KMSE-TV Dent + Phelps tornado warning test. Real relays below generate the correct SAME header for each alert in this same FM sound; otherwise every relay would announce the wrong counties.

📋 RELAY LOG

Simulator / encoder for education and hobby broadcasting — not a certified EAS device and not for official emergency use. Alert data: National Weather Service (api.weather.gov). Voice: NWS Paul via the EAS TTS service, with a built-in voice fallback. Audio streams belong to their respective owners.
